Paul, out of RESPECT for the Qodeshim ... laid his doctrine down in Jerusalem ... that it may be reviewed by the Qodeshim and Elders that Yahuah had already appointed. If you have something you believe is for the Assembly ... you present it as Paul did.

You don't go around the Elders that Yahuah has established ... that will NEVER be confirmed.
