Shabbat Shalom 😊 I understand we don't celebrate birthdays, but am wondering what does scripture say about funerals. I have given my condolences to the family and now have my parents asking why I am not attending the funeral. They are questioning my beliefs and have always thought I'm in a cult. I have the scripture let the dead bury the dead in my mind. Just needing guidance 😰

Gelatine WOW, my teenage daughter came to me and showed me her favourite lollies contain pork gelatine. We were sick to our stomach Apparently it's hidden in a lot of gelatine products and not all products state if they contain pork or beef.
She is one smart cookie (her next words were) fruit and vegetables from now on mum, I'm checking the pantry in the morning!
