Share The Glory!

When we think about the coming of the Kingdom there are many things that come to mind.for-Your-light

Naturally, we all long to see our beloved KING.

Also, for me, peace on Earth where all the wicked spirits are removed and the Earth can finally recover and rest!

We assume and presume that the covenant of our Heavenly Father is only with Israel and we forget that HE made a covenant with the beasts and the Earth as well.

He sent us the WORD, the only begotten of the Father, the SON himself who invited us to join in on His mission to restore the Earth from the ravages of sin and death.

Earth was meant to be paradise for man and it was SIN that caused the world we have today. We can see the day approaching and it is filled with His GLORY!

Now in this great work, he has offered great eternal rewards for those who are His.

2 Timothy 4:8 “Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.”

In the parable we read here, we see his invitation extends even to the last generation.

Messiah Rewards His Workers

“God’s kingdom is like a man who owned some land. One morning, the man went out very early to hire some people to work in his vineyard. He agreed to pay the workers one silver coin for working that day. Then he sent them into the vineyard to work.

“About nine o’clock the man went to the marketplace and saw some other people standing there. They were doing nothing. So he said to them, ‘If you go and work in my field, I will pay you what your work is worth.’ So they went to work in the vineyard.

“The man went out again about twelve o’clock and again at three o’clock. Both times he hired some others to work in his vineyard.  About five o’clock the man went to the marketplace again. He saw some other people standing there. He asked them, ‘Why did you stand here all day doing nothing?’

“They said, ‘No one gave us a job.’

“The man said to them, ‘Then you can go and work in my vineyard.’

“At the end of the day, the owner of the field said to the boss of all the workers, ‘Call the workers and pay them all. Start by paying the last people I hired. Then pay all of them, ending with the ones I hired first.’

“The workers who were hired at five o’clock came to get their pay. Each worker got one silver coin. Then the workers who were hired first came to get their pay. They thought they would be paid more than the others. But each one of them also received one silver coin. 11 When they got their silver coin, they complained to the man who owned the land. They said, ‘Those people were hired last and worked only one hour. But you paid them the same as us. And we worked hard all day in the hot sun.’

“But the man who owned the field said to one of them, ‘Friend, I am being fair with you. You agreed to work for one silver coin. Right? So take your pay and go. I want to give the man who was hired last the same pay I gave you. I can do what I want with my own money. Why would you be jealous because I am generous?’

“So those who are last now will be first in the future. And those who are first now will be last in the future.”

Here we see a parable that shows the amazing generosity and kindness of the KING. He is talking to his disciples who, as we know from history, would die horrible deaths and pay a heavy price for their office.

Down through the ages as the mantle of the apostles passed from generation to generation, there were more and more great workers who joined the work in their time. So it has gone for each generation. Messiah was making accommodation for every generation in this parable.

Even those in the very last generation would have the same opportunity for rewards as those who came first.

In this we see the principle of the Kingdom that we can hardly fathom. He shares AMAZING GLORY with his people.

He didn’t just “save you” from sin but invites you to sit with him in Heavenly Places!

If you are willing to engage the WORK that HE is doing, you can be part of this amazing reward banquet at the end of the age!

In this generation HE STILL is inviting people by HIS GRACE to join with the long line of saints that have given their lives for the message of the Gospel of the Kingdom in their generation.

As a house, we endeavor with all we have to finish well before the KING so that all who were found FAITHFUL in this house will receive the same reward as the faithful in every generation.

Join in our obedience!

Now you can understand how it is that I can say . . . even if you’re just joining us today at Remnant House . . . you receive reward with those who have been holding up the house before you got here. We welcome in your faith, love, and support because we all want the same thing.

We all want to finish well before the KING of all KINGS and hear him look at our house and say . . .

Well done thou good and faithful servant . . .
