1: Misappropriation of giving funds:
ONE allegation was that funds sent to Mr. Gerald Thomas which were designated to be sent to Mr. Thomas were not sent and were stolen.
FACTUAL REVIEW: In Fact the receipts for all payments sent to Mr. Thomas were made public and a public apology was issued by one donor as the funds had in fact been delivered to Mr. Thomas via PayPal and Cashapp.
Additionally, there are currently no outstanding verifiable claims of misappropriation of any funds.

2: Misappropriation of Emergency Housing Funds
Another allegation was that funds that were sent for Emergency Housing were not delivered properly to their intended or designated recipient and were stolen.
FACTUAL REVIEW: After review of text messages and receipts, there is no evidence of any mishandling of any donations to the Emergency Housing Fund. The receipts for construction supplies FAR exceed to total of all donated Emergency Housing Funds. The allegation that funds were not forwarded to the appropriate parties appears fabricated.

3: Theft Of Intellectual Property: Truthersjournal.com
This allegation is that Remnant House and Peter Michael Martinez stole the property of Mr. Gerald Thomas referring to the website in question and its contents.
This allegation is being used to characterize Peter Michael Martinez and Remnant House in a very negative light concerning intellectual property.
TruthersJournal FACTUAL REVIEW: Our review showed that at no time did Mr. Thomas ever own a website of that name and that in fact it was created by Peter Michael Martinez, not Mr. Thomas.
A thorough review of the internet record makes these facts plain and receipts are clear. Mr. Thomas has no receipts for any of his claims of intellectual property theft.
There are no receipts for any web name, server, hosting, graphics, layout, security, or any other service paid for or owned by Mr. Thomas despite his repeated assertion that this was his intellectual property.
Our review revealed that Mr. Thomas in fact owns a free FB delisted wordpress blog with a similar name which is no longer functional for sharing content on Facebook.
There are no records to indicate any change of status discussion on the website from a Remnant House maintained archive to the personal property of Mr. Thomas.
NOTE: The actions and written communication to Mr. Thomas of Remnant House and Peter Michael Martinez appear to be consistent with their understanding of an archive to preserve content, not a personal property of Mr. Thomas.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: In factual review we could not find any content listed on the website in question that could be verified as the original writing of Mr. Thomas and consequently, could not determine what intellectual property Mr. Thomas was referring to.
Using a plagiarism detection application it was discovered that Mr. Thomas routinely used content written by others and not his own intellectual property.
Additionally there is clear documented written record of repeated attempts to resolve conflict with Mr. Thomas by Remnant House and Peter Michael Martinez and all attempts to date of this review have been ignored despite public comments to the contrary.
There is no written evidence to date that Mr. Thomas intends to respond or reconcile in accordance with Matthew 18.

4: Theft of Lent Funds: The allegation is that Remnant House and Peter Michael Martinez refused to repay or acknowledge the debt owed to an individual former member of Remnant House. The allegation was one of theft of lent funds.
FACTUAL REVIEW: In reviewing the written communication between the parties in question, it is clear that effort was made to communicate and resolve the debt.
A financial solution was presented by Remnant House and Peter Michael Martinez but the former member has yet to reply.
To date of this review the lending party has yet to communicate for the sake of resolving the debt in a manner acceptable despite months (Nov-Jan) of attempts to communicate and resolve the matter.
All written and documented communication evidence indicates Remnant House and Peter Michael Martinez and staff working to develop solutions while not receiving response from the lender.
There is clear evidence of effort on the part of Peter Michael Martinez and Remnant House Team Members and that effort not being reciprocated repeatedly.
This offense and allegations appears more to be a complaint about the speed of resolution than a theft of any kind.

5: Freemasonry/501c3 Organization Allegation: The allegation is that Remnant House is a registered 501 c (3) organization as filed with the federal government.
FALSE: This allegation was very simple to refute and is patently FALSE.
There is no record that at any time has Remnant House or NewKingdom ever filed a 501c3 designation form with the federal government. There is no evidence of any such filing in 30 years of ministry.
NOTE: Peter Michael Martinez in many videos and public comments exposes Freemasonry and all secret society operations. A review of the history classes taught at NewKingdom Academy make clear there is no affinity for the Freemasons.
