THE SPIRIT OF ABSALOM
Absalom was the third son of King David (2Samuel 3:3). He was known for his SEDITION, disloyalty, betrayal, wickedness, revenge, rebellion, strive, chaos and confusion. He was never a peaceful man as his name implies.
An Absalom spirit is a spirit of SEDITION, disloyalty, betrayal, strife, division, rebellion, revenge, confusion, pride etc.
People possessed with Absalom spirit often search for value in personal pursuits rather than in Elohiym. They frequently imagine they deserve more recognition than what their achievements merit. (2 Samuel 18:18 )
They also believe they can do your job better than you. In time, such people become disloyal and betray you by killing your influence among as many friends, customers or followers as possible.
It is similar to Lucifer’s betrayal of Elohiym, and his capturing the hearts of one-third of the angelic forces.
If you’re a pastor, leader, or business owner, you cannot indulge an unrepentant person who carries this Absalom spirit.
You cannot afford to leave an arrogant Absalom-type in any position of authority in your Assembly or your business.
Sedition
Sedition is overt or COVERT conduct, such as speech or organization, that tends toward rebellion against the established order.
Galatians 5:19-21 “Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, SEDITIONS, heresies,
Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of אלהים.”

When an Absalom spirit is at work in a assembly or business, you will notice turmoil, confusion, and will probably experience a twisted stomach and a bombardment of your thought life because of the demonic release an Absalom spirit.
Paul spoke of this rebellious spirit becoming more dominant as we approach Yahusha’s coming.
2 Thessalonians 2:7 “For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.”
The Absalom spirit believes he can do a job better than Yahuah’s anointed.
In time, the Absalom spirit maneuvers to demonize the leader, betraying him by killing his influence among as many followers as possible.
This is done one at a time and under the guise of “friendship” and right under the nose of the anointed of Yahuah.
It sounds eerily similar to Lucifer’s betrayal of אלהים, and his capturing the hearts of one-third of the angelic forces.
