My current understanding is that we are not required, but I do find a lot more mental peace when I do cover my head. Often times I will on Shabbat and when I pray. ❤️ But I don’t see a direct command to do so.

Shalum sister! This is a wise thing to pray about!

Women are not to wear that which pertains to a man according to Turah, so we should each pray about what that means and wait on Him.

For me personally, I wear pants in only extreme situations (once we had a storm and power outage and I had to move a generator alone. I put on pants for that) but I also limit who sees that to my husband and children if possible.
Otherwise I exclusively wear dresses and skirts. This is my personal conviction.

As far as head coverings, before I came to Turah I was running late for work one day and couldn’t find the headband I wore every day. I prayed “If You want me to have my head covered I need You to find my headband.” I turned around and there it was. Since then I never leave my house without something on my head.
I do not allow other men to see my hair completely down and head uncovered.
I also have found that when I do not wear a covering I notice more emotional warfare and unwanted thoughts.
When I am home and with my husband I don’t always cover my head as I see my husband as my covering, but that’s only at home. Sometimes even when I sleep I cover my head if I notice warfare against my dreams.
I always cover my head when I pray as this is clearly laid out in scripture.
I have gone through periods where I have felt led to cover my whole head as well as periods where just a wide headband feels sufficient.
Again, these are MY convictions developed over time and prayer.
I see wisdom and fruit from doing these things, and I see fruit and hear positive things from other women who do them.
But we have to be careful not to put our personal convictions on others.

My best advice is do what the Turah says, seek YAHUAH and ask Him to make it clear to you how you should approach these things, and if you are married you can also discuss these things with your husband.

Oh concerning nose piercing, I don’t see a command for this at all so I wouldn’t think of it as required.
