Hey everyone! I’ve asked two different people for some assistance and advice as I start down the road of forming my first business. Specifically I need advice on writing an operating agreement. Neither person has gotten back to me so now I turn to the remnant! If anyone has experience in this area could you send me a message.
My dad owned many business and I always thought he’d be here to counsel me on how to do this and share in the excitement.
