I’m trying to cut down on the sugar over here so I thought I’d make a nice quiche for Shabbat. Well I got to cracking the eggs and lost count and then did a little improv on the ratios and quickly realized I had way too much filling for the pie shell….so egg bake it is! Praying it’s half as good as Mindy’s 😂
