I unusually do a Egg Bake or biscuits and gravy for breakfast, soup for lunch, and something in the crock pot as well for supper.

Super easy Ranch Roast
1 packet mushroom gravy
1/2-3/4 packet of ranch seasoning
4 pound roast
stick of butter on top, set it and forget it. :-)

I will make ahead some mashed potatoes, gravy and a veggie to throw in the oven to go with it.

Everyone really likes it.

Egg bake trick is to use heavy whipping cream instead of milk. Makes it creamy. Anything you like from broccoli and cheese to mushrooms and onions for add in.

Mushrooms and onions I suggest sautéing first.
