Shalom family, I pray you all are doing well. I am writing today because my daddy has the flu, i believe we have all caught it even my grandbabies. It has hit my dad so hard I had to take him to the hospital. I was hoping you all had some home remedies that I could use to ease their pain and discomfort. I appreciate any and all ideas thank you ❤️

If having tummy issues, ginger is good. For pain white willow bark & for headache feverfew. Lots of Vit C & D & Zinc. I found this tea by Davidson's Organics on Amazon that's inexpensive called Tulsi Hibiscus Flower. Ingredients: Tulsi (Holy Basil), Hibiscus, Cinnamon, Lemon Peel & Orange Peel. Just add Mullein, Camomile & Catnip. All those ingredients are good to rid the cold flu symptoms & relax you & they are all child friendly! YAHUAH Baruk you!
