I found a great recipe for unleavened bread!
I first made this and cooked it in a skillet with olive oil but I found that they came out greasy. Today I turned my oven up to 450 and cooked them on my pizza stone and they came out like tortillas!
We used them for our fajitas tonight but I will definitely use them for the upcoming feast!
If you let them brown they will get crispy like crackers, but if you cook them just til white they’ll be soft and flexible. My next attempt will be with gluten free flour.
