John 15:13 states “greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”
As we see the earth continue to descend into chaos because of lawlessness, rebellion, and judgment, where will we find ourselves standing?
Luke 17:33 “Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it, and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.”
What better way to lay our lives down than to focus on the preservation of our brethren? As we see calamities and judgments unfolding, the first and natural instinct is to focus on the self. Real courage is to look beyond the self to see how we can also be a lifeline to our brethren.
The goal is simple, to raise funds for the immediate need of emergency housing for our brethren in need. There is no amount above zero that is too small so do not let shame or worry prevent you from being the hands and feet in this way.
1 John 3:17 “but whoso has this world’s good, and sees his brother have need, and shuts up his heart of compassion from him, how dwells the love of Elohiym in him?”
Deuteronomy 10:18 “He executes the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loves the stranger, in giving him food and raiment.”
Luke 16:10-11 “He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much; and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?”
