They changed stuff over hear another kind, but i think it goes through the same process. I buy supposedly orgabic olive oil but the good stuffs like 30 to 50 dollars a btle.

ShaIum sister, Yahuah Most High barukah you the husband and the little ones in Yahusha name with love, wisdom, knowledge, protection and health.
I put olive oil in the bread , i dont cook much on a frying pan anymore. Everything in the oven basically. Dont know what proper butter woukd be here , so much is from supermarkets, even cheese can have swine enzymes innit. Ahhhh the world. I used coconut pil sometimes aswell, started boiling my eggs again.
