I was having the best day. Got up at 4:30am, did my morning prayers, my morning daily reading, I walked my dogs. All was good. Then I went to work....lol. Two hours I slipped on sludge on the floor, came crashing down on behind. I immediately knew it wasn't good. I had a spinal fusion done in 1984, I have a steel rod. As soon as I hit the pavement I felt the jarring.
I'm home now from the ER, I fractured the lower lumbar region of my spine. I'm just thinking not again! I fractured it 4 years out walking my dogs. I'm in this vest type thingy. I go for a follow up with a spine surgeon next week. It doesn't seem to hurt as bad as the last time. They did give me pain medicine. I'm not worried. Yahuah has this!!!!
