The "signal" will go out to all devices within range and activated and their vicinity as each device has a pulse radius.
Deactivating your personal device while sitting in a restaurant downtown will probably be of little benefit as you will be surrounded by the pulse.
You would need to be outside their range for 5G and all devices deactivated for that day so zero devices activated in your vicinity during this window.
You know what's interesting ... that is how the Jewish communities do it in Israel. All devices are off for Shabbat.
It will seem innocent enough and most people will not be immediately affected so ... a nothing burger.
Then ... you'll see.
It is probably wise to deactivate all devices the day before and leave them off until the day after and remain in a 5G free zone if possible.
This is what we will do here at NewKingdom in AZ. You'll hear from us the next day!

We are way out of nominal range so we need to amplify their signal with a local device. If they are off, no ambient signal will do.
My suspicion is they will try repeatedly throughout both days so there wont be one but many pulses per day.
These are designed to activate their micro tech.
Better smart and wise than foolish for no real benefit.
