Ingredients:
3 lbs beef short ribs, 1 cup beef broth, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/4 cup cornstarch, 1/4 cup water, green onions for garnish.
Instructions:
1. In a slow cooker, combine beef ribs, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, tomato paste, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the beef is tender.
3. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
4. Stir the slurry into the slow cooker and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes until the sauce thickens.
5. Serve the beef ribs hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
