While this article is admittedly quite VULGAR, the principle and precedent are important going forward. This ruling will go a long way to preventing a POLICE STATE where you can be arrested simply for your political view.
That this was reversed on appeal and that the officers are now liable for the civil suit is a massive reversal in our judicial system in the USA.
