Maybe I'm slow, or way off, but I just read the parables of the 10 virgins and the talents, and it hit me that they're almost the same tale.

Could it be the foolish virgins didn't take enough oil because they didn't "multiply" what they we're given? Then instead of seeking it out they wanted it handed to them.

I don't know if this was brought up or discussed before but if it was I'm sorry, like I said I might be off or slow
