I follow fewer and fewer YouTube channels these days. However, I’d like to say, that the only channel that I watch all videos with eager excitement is Remnant House. I make this post to say, THANK YOU! Thank you for being a light in a dark place. Thank you for your obedience. You’ve become a home and a haven where my soul feels at rest even in the craziest of times.

My family and I do live in the city. I would love to escape to the country. But for now, we are here. I do what I can to prepare in the natural. I’ve grown a garden in my front yard (which brought unexpected excitement from neighbors). I’ve learned to can our own food to provide for our family. And I will continue to do so. These things give me a sense of peace in the face of uncertainty. Something I can do when I cannot do anything else.

But, Remnant House has helped me learn and grow. Preparing me in the spiritual. Knowing I’m not alone. Confirming things I felt His Ruach showing me all along that I never knew from anyone else.

We do not really have a community of other believers around us. A small group gets together but they turn a lot to the Jewish Rabbis and follow moon calendar, etc. I love them from a distance but don’t really feel a conviction to fellowship with them. (That may change.) I do meet often with an older couple that shares much of what we believe. But for the most part our fellowship is my family and my father in law, and by extension Remnant House.

Not certain why I share this today, but again, THANK YOU! Sometimes you just got to share your appreciation. Today is that day. 🥰

Glorious. We do have rain coming in so it will cool a bit but, we have nice weather and plenty so spare.

An awakened mind is not easily enslaved ...
