Remnant House does this type of fast on EXTENDED FASTS. We do this same type of fast several times a year.
Seven Days . . . Sunrise to Sunset . . . liquid only . . . consecration.
When does it start: SUNDOWN on January 28th at 6pm.
What can I EAT: Simple food AFTER SUNDOWN just to sustain. Most people cannot FAST 7 days with NO FOOD OR WATER.
This is what we call a "Daniel's Fast" . . . where we AFFLICT our souls intentionally.
How does it work: At SUNSET TONIGHT I will blow the SHOFAR to sanctify the FAST.
When the HALFTIME is over, the FAST IS OVER. You may eat whatever you wish.
What can I drink: You may drink water and any other beverage that you are led of the spirit to drink to endure.
I TRUST THE HOLY SPIRIT to fill in any communication I did not cover.
Remnant House spies out our enemy. We know who we are dealing with and it is NOT flesh and blood.
Let us be CLEAR. We are dealing with POWERS and PRINCIPALITIES.
Let me remind you all.
Ephesians 6:11-13 "Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand."
To the fearful and the unbelieving these are words to "study" . . .
For Remnant House, these are MARCHING ORDERS.
