Its sad to watch the majority of our population be oblivious to the plans. Not preparing Spiritually or even physically. It truly is "as in the days of Noah" in more ways than one.

I really enjoy the YouTube channel off grid with Doug and Stacy and wanted to share this recipe for lacto-fermented blueberries.I'm just learning that fermenting keeps the nutrients. Stir it into your oatmeal!
