Elder/Aged Women teach the younger.
An aged woman submitted in and under authority is authorized by the word and will of Elohim to instruct and younger women to be amazing women. This cannot be taught by men as men do not have the first clue on how to make a woman amazing .. . but we'll be happy to marvel.
If you are a young married woman then the aged have much to instruct you to ensure that your household is blessed and endures.
If you are unmarried and want to someday be given in marriage, it is good to learn from the Aged women what makes for a successful marriage.
What of the woman divorced/put away? What place has she in the congregation?
A woman put away is considered sent "back to her father" and consequently would be as the single women, albeit with certain restrictions as per Messiah depending upon the reason the woman was put away.
The put away serve the purpose of a cautionary warning to all young women to listen well to the counsel of the wise and aged that you would have long and prosperous marriages.
Titus 2:2-5 "That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience.
The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;
That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,
To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of Elohim be not blasphemed."
Sober: To hold one to his senses: to hold one to his duty.
Sound: whose opinions are free from any mixture of error
Patience: steadfastness, constancy, endurance
Discreet: careful and circumspect in one's speech or actions, especially in order to avoid causing offense or to gain an advantage.
Chaste: Abstaining from extramarital, or from all, sexual intercourse, depending on marital status. Without unnecessary ornamentation; simple or restrained.
Keepers At Home: Homemakers.
Good: That which diminishes pain and increases prosperity.
Obedient to Husbands: Sub-Mission is being PART of a Mission.
1 Peter 3:1-3 "Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives;
While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear.
Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel;"

I am reminded of the story of Timothy, Paul's disciple. While Paul had made the point very clearly, as Yahuah Elohim had clarified in the TORAH, that circumcision of flesh without circumcision of heart was of none effect.
Deuteronomy 30:6 "And יהוה thy Elohim will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love יהוה thy Elohim with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live."
So we see that circumcision of the heart is NOT a new testament concept but was the point from the beginning.
Therefore the circumcision in the flesh was an outward manifestation of an inward transformation. In the case of natural born Yashar'el, it was the outward manifestation of the covenant.
This was always Elohim's intention.
Deuteronomy 10:16 "Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiffnecked."
Elohim interprets the foreskin as part of the "rebellion" or stiffneckedness of the people.
So with that understanding, and knowing that Timothy was already circumcised of heart, it is therefore interesting that when opportunity arose for Timothy to get circumcised, to do so in his flesh, he did.
So then, we can conclude that for those whom were not circumcised as an infant as יהוה commanded Moshe, then it follows that it is a matter of the depth of their hearts for in Abraham's day, it was done for adults as it was for Timothy in the new testament.
