It’s 3:30am and so much happened today that I’m still awake and praising YHWH ♥️. I know how powerful prayer can be, and seeing those prayers answered just humbles me every single time.
Dani called this morning from the hospital and said her daddy was moving his head back and forth, and even lifting it off the pillow!
He would shake his head no or blink his eyes for yes, and roll his eyes if someone was saying something he thought was ridiculous lol.
The doctors finally came in and said they wanted to do a trach, because he WOULD be able to eat, breathe, AND talk on his own! Then they said it would take time, and they don’t know how much, but with therapy he could move and walk again 🙌🏻.
He improved so drastically overnight that the doctors couldn’t explain it, he had a brain stem stroke and survived. Right now he’s breathing over the ventilator so they’re able to turn it down a bit, which none of them ever thought would happen.
I’m going to see him tomorrow, and they’ll do the trach in the next few days. I just wanted to let y’all know how he’s doing, as well as give you my love, and praise our Father for his love and mercy 🙌🏻♥️♥️♥️♥️
